Jason HinesFriday March 18, 2005 - Red Bluff High School (Red Bluff, California)  Hello everyone and thanks for checking back with us. Today, the 2005 Got Milk? Gravity Tour was slated to roll into Red Bluff, CA for a show at Red Bluff High School. Unfortunately, rainy weather forced us to cancel the show. It's a tough feeling to know that we had to pass the students by today as it was promising to be a great show. We were going to set up in the football stadium which always means thousands of roaring students and great vert riding. We would love to go back there as the students and faculty were super excited about having the show. When we drove past Red Bluff on our way to Redding, Jimmy Coleman and the boys made a quick detour into the school parking lot where they met with Bill Treat from Red Bluff High. They shook hands, exchanged some autographed giveaways for the administrators to pass on to students, and assured Mr. Treat that we would be back some day.

We would like to send huge thanks to all of the students, administrators, and Mr. Bill Treat for inviting us to stop by. We look forward to visiting your school and great town again in the future!

Thursday March 17, 2005- Chico High School (Chico, California)  Hello again everyone! Today we had the pleasure of taking the 2005 Got Milk? Gravity Tour to Chico High School in Chico, CA. Today's show was guaranteed to be a great one as we knew we would be performing for the entire school in the Quad section between all the buildings. When we pulled "Nancy" in to set up the show the location was incredible. We were on a grassy knoll between the all of the buildings and adjacent to the lunch room. Right behind the ramp was a huge tree that overlooked the show. It was a super cool setting that promised that today's show would be one to remember.

We kicked the show off with the same crew as yesterday which included Jimmy Walker, Marc Englehart, Jim Burgess, Gabe Weed, Tas Pappas, and Jimmy Coleman as MC. As soon as the show started, they picked up right were they left off yesterday. The crowd was huge and because it was in the quad section the students were right up close to the action. With the music cranking, the riders once again amped up the crowd and showed why they are among the world's elite in their respective sports.

Highlights of the show were Marc Englehart landing the McTwist he was working on at Woodland, Jimmy Walker's signature flare, and the Chico High School student body that screamed and cheered through out the entire show. Also of note was the trivia contest. The students today delivered more correct answers the questions than any other school we have been to! It's great to know that not only are they seeing some world class Vert and Flatland action but they are also experiencing the world class message of Got Milk? and the Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids.

On behalf of all of us on the tour, we would like to thank Gerald Circo, the students, and all of the staff at Chico High School for giving us the opportunity to experience one of the best shows we have ever done!

Wednesday March 16, 2005 - Woodland High School (Woodland, California)  What's up everybody! I'm Jason Hines and I'm here with the 2005 Got Milk? Gravity Tour. Today, along with the Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids, we kicked off the 2005 tour in proper fashion with a HUGE show at Woodland High School in Woodland, CA. The show was in the football stadium and we had over 2000 students in attendance. What an awesome way to begin this year's tour!

As we pulled our beloved ramp truck "Nancy" onto the campus, we knew this was going to be a show to remember. Not only was the campus awesome, but like usual, the riding in the show was guaranteed to be top notch! We had Jim Burgess and Jimmy Walker handling the duties on BMX, Tas Pappas taking care of business on the Skateboard, Marc Englehart stepping up on the Inlines, and non other than Gabe Weed throwing down on flatland.

The show started once all the students were in the stands and it just got better as the demo moved on. Our Master of Ceremonies Jimmy Coleman took us through introductions and then proceeded to educate the students and faculty on the benefits of drinking milk as an alternative to the sugar laden soft drinks that exist. He also delivered some scary facts about tobacco use that would make anyone think twice about it! While he delivered the message, the riders delivered the show with some huge tricks that had the crowd going nuts.

Burgess and Walker threw down huge 540's and unlimited technical tricks while Tas threw his board around like a magician before dropping the fakie to fakie 540 mid show. Marc Englehart blasted huge flat spins and 540's 8 feet high while Gabe performed some of the most technical tricks on flatland I have seen to date. Of course the show could not close without Jimmy Walker throwing a huge 540 straight to a flare. The crowd erupted and students ran out to meet the riders midfield. After the giveaway and autograph session we packed up "Nancy' and headed to our next destination, Chico High School. For everyone involved it felt awesome knowing that the Got Milk? Gravity Tour was back in full force for 2005!

On behalf of all the riders and tour crew I would like to thank Judy Simas, the students, and all the administrators at Woodland High School for inviting us onto their campus and giving us the setting for a great kick off show!
